This
is an example of our standard drive unit construction. The base is constructed
of a 2" steel plate with the spring clamps welded firmly onto the
plate. The springs are constructed of 1095 spring steel and the drive
is tuned with as many springs as required to maximize the operation
of the drive. 2 110 volt coils provide the electric vibration to the
drive. The drive unit is mounted on 4 mounting feet that are required
to be mounted to a solid/level surface. The drive units are primed and
painted. The standard paint colors are: Safety Blue, Vista Green and
Machinery Gray. If customers require a special paint color they can
provide the paint for us to apply.
Drive
units can also be custom made to fit into specific space constraints
or to replace existing drive units that are not available any longer.
The round drive units maintain the same quality standard and reliability
as our standard drives.
