This photo shows
a complete vibratory parts feeder system which includes: supply
hopper, vibratory bowl feeder, inline feeder, controller, deadnest
at the end of the inline track, and a pick and place cylinder, all
mounted on a common base plate. The advantage of the common base
plate makes the transition from our floor to our customer’s
floor easier. With this mounting, there is very little adjustment
or set up required once the machine reaches your location. We also
provide full tables constructed of steel with steel tubing legs
and adjustable mounting feet. Casters, with locks or without, can
also be added for flexibility in movement of the system. |
